As a freelancing company we were always expecting to have times when we didn’t have work. Recently our clients have had no need for video features on their websites, meaning we’ve had to search for new projects. Which always sounds a lot easier than it actually is.

Being able to promote ourselves at all of our networking meetings is our top priority when we run out of work. This ensures that we have done our upmost to put ourselves out there.  

Drought Seasons aren’t always bad though. it gave us time to work on our website and our showreel, it also allowed us to start planning another project we’d had on our minds for a while.

Luckily we have broken through drought and currently have a steady flow of projects to keep our minds at rest. We’re really exited for what the future holds for us, hopefully not too many dry periods though.
